Drive Show Development: Lead show projects from initial concept to global rollout, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
Bridge Creative & Execution: Connect creative directors, 3D artists, content creators, and external vendors to bring immersive visions to life.
Prop Lifecycle & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of show props—from sourcing and forecasting to global delivery.
Prototyping & Quality: Support live testing of animation, sound, and F&B elements while ensuring brand-level storytelling and guest experience.
Department Pioneer: Build roadmaps, solve bottlenecks proactively, and facilitate smooth operational handovers for global deployment.
2–5 years of project management experience in entertainment, media, events, or creative production.
Strong organizational talent, proactive risk management, and experience navigating fast-paced, international environments.
Hands-on team player with an entrepreneurial drive to help build a new department from scratch.
Passion for visual storytelling, immersive experiences, and show design. (F&B background is a plus!)
Fluent in English; German is a strong asset.
