HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

Support the Director of Housekeeping in the operational and strategic management of the department
-
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in line with Rosewood and Forbes and LQA standards

Lead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team, including scheduling and training initiatives
-
Actively participate in daily operations across guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality excellence

Conduct quality inspections, including room checks, VIP arrivals, and suite inspections
-
Monitor and optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
-
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other operational departments
-
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner

Support budget adherence, cost control, and resource planning

Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies

Contribute to the implementation of brand standards, new initiatives, and departmental projects

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations
COULD THIS BE YOU?

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment
-
Previous leadership experience with strong team management skills
-
Strong understanding of luxury service standards and attention to detail with a passion for excellence

Hands-on approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
-
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
-
High level of flexibility, reliability, and resilience under pressure
-
Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a strong advantage
