Responsibilities:
As The Security Specialist EUCOM P and F Support, you will:

Provide specialized security coordination for a defined international and partner-facing mission area involving secure environments, access, facilities, and operational activities.

Apply established standards for classified and compartmented settings while coordinating requirements among Government personnel, contractor teams, external partners, and supporting security functions.

Plan and track access and facility actions, supports secure operations, resolve regionally aligned security issues, and maintain documentation needed for consistent execution.

By connecting mission priorities with disciplined protective measures, the Security Specialist EUCOM P and F Support enables authorized activities in a sensitive international context while preserving facility, information, personnel, and need-to-know controls.

Coordinate specialized security support for assigned international, partner-facing, production, and field-related mission activities.

Apply secure-facility, compartmented-environment, access, and information-protection standards to supported operations.

Plan and track security actions involving facilities, personnel access, visits, documentation, and operational requirements.

Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, external partners, and supporting security disciplines.

Assess mission activities for security implications and recommend controls that enable authorized execution.

Maintain action trackers, access records, facility documentation, status reports, and supporting coordination packages.

Resolve security issues that could affect scheduled activities, partner engagement, or continuity of secure operations.

Brief stakeholders on approved procedures, responsibilities, restrictions, and required protective measures.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Volumes Demonstrated knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705.

Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments

Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.

CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.
Pay Transparency Statement: AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $132,500.00/Yr. - USD $221,300.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
