Deine Aufgaben:
Im Studiengang "Bachelor of Arts: BWL – Digital Business Management" lernst du die Grundlagen der IT und parallel dazu die vielfältigen betriebswirtschaftlichen Anforderungen kennen, die im Zusammenhang mit dem digitalen Wandel stehen. Bei ebm‑papst durchläufst du viele verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche, in denen digitale Transformation stattfindet. Du eignest dir Wissen an, mit dem du betriebswirtschaftliche Aufgaben und Projekte kompetent begleiten kannst. Deine informationstechnologischen Kernkompetenzen finden dabei regelmäßig Anwendung. Während deiner Arbeitszeit bei ebm‑papst bist du fester Bestandteil in wechselnden Projektteams, in denen du einzelne Aufgaben, angepasst an deinen Studienfortschritt, komplett eigenständig bearbeitest. Fortwährend bist du mittendrin statt nur dabei. Zum Beispiel, wenn es darum geht, neue Produkte oder Dienstleistungen zu entwickeln oder Arbeitsplätze und Prozessschritte an digitalen Anforderungen auszurichten.
