We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing pharmaceutical team in Hennigsdorf. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process and play a key role in building scalable hiring structures for a highly specialized and regulated industry environment.
You will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and external recruitment partners to ensure an efficient, high-quality, and professional hiring experience across all functions. This position is fully on-site and requires prior experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or similarly regulated industry sectors.
Manage and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist and management positions
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
Create, optimize, and standardize compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles
Organize and continuously improve internal recruiting processes and workflows
Coordinate and manage external recruiting agencies and headhunters
Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business functions
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Monitor recruiting KPIs, hiring timelines, and agency performance
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations
Contribute to the development of scalable hiring structures during company growth phases
Several years of proven success in Recruiting
Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, medical device, or other regulated industries is required
Strong experience managing recruiting processes end-to-end
Experience creating high-quality job descriptions and hiring briefs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Structured, proactive, and highly organized working style
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
Familiarity with modern sourcing and recruiting methods
Fluent German and English communication skills
