Based in Munich, the Retail Director Northern Europe will shape the future of Bulgari’s retail network across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic. Leading 10 boutiques and their teams, this role is responsible for elevating commercial performance and profitability while setting a new standard for client experience and service excellence across the region.
As the driving force behind Bulgari’s retail ambition in Northern Europe, you will define the strategic direction of the network, evolve the retail perimeter, and strengthen the leadership capability required to sustain long-term growth. As a member of the Northern European Executive Committee, you will play an active role in reinforcing the brand’s presence, desirability, and performance in the region.
