Design and construction planning for life safety and communication systems (systems for fire and gas detection, public safety radio (BOS), safety lighting, access control, intrusion detection, video monitoring, passive and active network, loudspeaker, etc.)
Engineering and construction preparation for building management systems (HVAC systems, lighting, shading, etc.) by translation from PID-schematics into functional descriptions, preparation of material take offs and electrical schematics
System and component selection with definition in technical specifications and data sheets
Adherence to budget, quality and schedule requirements within the different projects
Work closely within the project team, with other disciplines as well as with engineering companies
Compliance with safety, healthy, environment and certification requirements
Coordination and control of the interfaces with other disciplines and individual trades
Knowledge of the latest technical regulations, codes of practice and compliance with customer specifications
