Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC & E-Invoicing Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Electronic Invoicing solutions across multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SD, S/4HANA, Pricing, Billing, FI-AR Integration, and European E-Invoicing Compliance Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP OTC and E-Invoicing initiatives across European business units.
- Gather business requirements and perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Configure and support Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing Procedures, and Credit Management processes.
- Design and implement Electronic Invoice solutions aligned with European regulatory mandates.
- Collaborate with tax authorities, compliance teams, and third-party E-Invoicing providers.
- Support integration between SAP SD, FI-AR, MM, and external platforms.
- Develop and review Functional Specifications (WRICEF).
- Lead SIT, UAT, and Cutover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain compliance with SAP Best Practices and local regulatory requirements.
Required Experience
- 8–10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/OTC.
- Strong expertise in:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing & Condition Techniques
- Billing & Output Management
- Customer Master / Business Partner (BP)
- Intercompany & Cross-Company Sales
- FI-AR Integration
- Proven experience delivering European E-Invoicing Solutions.
- Experience working with:
- PEPPOL
- SDI (Italy)
- KSeF (Poland)
- UBL/XML Formats
- Government Tax Portals
- Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Implementations/Rollouts.
- Experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect on full-cycle SAP projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10–14+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Experience with SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC).
- Knowledge of Revenue Accounting & Recognition (RAR).
- Strong understanding of:
- Master Data Governance
- Tax Calculation Engines
- Cross-Company Processes
- Intercompany Billing
- Tax & Compliance Reporting
- Experience leading multinational European rollout projects.
