Your Responsibilities
IT Risk Management & Governance
- Shape and continuously evolve the global IT risk management framework in alignment with ERM principles
- Drive transparency by consolidating risk data into meaningful dashboards, reporting, and insights for leadership
- Lead and coordinate IT risk activities across Global IT, ensuring consistency and accountability
- Ensure mitigation actions are clearly defined, prioritized, and effectively executed
- Establish common standards such as risk taxonomy, control expectations, and alignment with enterprise risk appetite
Resilience & Continuity
- Embed resilience and continuity thinking into IT risk management and day-to-day operations
- Align IT resilience strategies with enterprise continuity objectives and critical risk scenarios
- Collaborate closely with Disaster Recovery Management to ensure robust, compliant, and effective recovery capabilities
- Strengthen the organization’s ability to respond to and recover from disruptions
Collaboration & Advisory
- Partner with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Solution Delivery teams to integrate risk and resilience into projects and services
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on IT risk governance and best practices
- Support audits and regulatory engagements with a strong focus on quality and transparency
- Drive awareness and foster a culture of proactive, risk-informed decision-making across Global IT
Your qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk Management, Operational Risk, or IT Continuity
- 5+ years of overall experience in IT or related domains
- Strong understanding of recognized risk and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, ISO)
- Experience in business continuity, resilience, and disaster recovery aligned with international standards
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (v3 or v4)
- Proven experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
