CAMPAIGN LEAD - DACH
We are looking for a Campaign Lead DACH based in Berlin, Madrid or Barcelona with a creative approach and a strong profile in PR and creative communications, who can bring fresh and distinctive ideas to our influencer marketing campaigns. This campaign leadership role will coordinate campaign efforts and a campaign team developing strategies and tactics to achieve our clients goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in Influencer Marketing (IM) performance campaigns from a creative and strategic angle.
- Design and execute creative campaigns, storytelling, and client presentations.
- Generate special ideas and differentiated proposals for major deadlines and key events.
- Identify and capitalize on relevant trends for our clients and campaigns.
- Improve and optimize briefs, reviewing and validating content together with the team.
- Lead the day to day and relationship with key clients in the DACH region.
- Maintain direct contact with clients and talents through meetings, coffees, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the team unlocking blockers, propose new opportunities and enhance campaigns.
Requirements
- Languages: fluent German and English (Spanish is a Super Plus)
- Work experience in Germany, with knowledge of marketing agencies and clients relationship / account manager.
- Experience in PR, creative communications, IM campaigns, storytelling, and presentations.
- Ability to contribute from a brand and content perspective while working with the campaign team.
- Sensitivity toward product and content will be highly valued.
- Ability to work collaboratively, contribute innovative ideas, and maintain constant communication with clients.

Pay: 50.000,00€ - 60.000,00€ per year
