Your responsibilities – with a focus on coordination and organization
You create, structure, and maintain documentation that serves as the foundation for our production processes
You take on a central interface role between production, engineering, and other departments
You coordinate activities within the repair production and keep track of ongoing topics
You prepare information in a clear and structured way and support the follow-up of tasks and measures
You analyze errors and process deviations and support their structured resolution
You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of processes and quality standards

Your profile – what you bring
Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk) or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in a coordinating, administrative, or process-related role is an advantage
Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in keeping track of multiple topics
Confident use of MS Office, ideally with initial experience in SAP
Good German and English language skills
High level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
