Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen flexiblen und freundlichen Kollegen (m/w/d)
für die Besetzung der o. g. Stelle.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Mitwirkung an internen und externen Qualitätsaudits und Unterstützung bei der Berichtsführung
- Pflege und Organisation des Lieferantenqualifizierungsprozesses
- Pflege und Organisation des Dokumentenmanagementsystems
- Unterstützung bei der Auswertung von Änderungsanträgen und Durchführung von Risikoanalysen
- Überwachung und Dokumentation von Abweichungs- und Reklamationsprozessen
- Durchführung von Raum- und Gerätequalifizierungen
- Koordination von Prozessverbesserungen, u.a. im Rahmen von Fehlerprävention (CAPA)
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems nach EU – GMP-Leitfaden
- Pflege und Auswertung von allgemeinen QM-Dokumenten, wie z. B. Site Master File, Quality Management Review, Organigramm, KPI-Berichte
Dein Profil:
- Bachelor oder Master of Science (Chemie, Pharmazie, Biologie oder vergleichbar) alternativ erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Pharmazie oder gleichwertig
- idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, im Großhandel, in der Apotheke oder im Qualitätsmanagement
- Bereitschaft zur Aneignung von Kenntnissen in cGMP (Verständnis der Richtlinien und deren Anwendung)
- ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungs- und Umsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (Sie müssen mit Lieferanten und Kunden im Rahmen von Audits kommunizieren können)
Die Position ist im Bereich Qualität zugeordnet.
