As an Independent working cook I at Soralicious Sushi in Almelo and Enschede, you are responsible for preparing our dishes according to our quality standards.
You ensure that all ingredients are prepared on time and correctly, and apply basic cooking techniques.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- preparing ingredients yourself
- application of basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s).
Employment conditions & benefits
Market-rate salary: between €2,510-€3,050 gross per month (depending on skills).
Travel allowance.

Job requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
You must be from the Netherlands, the EU, within the EEA, or from Switzerland and have permission to work here in the Netherlands -- We do not issue work visas
