This is what you do with us:
- Creative, seasonal menu design, calculation and preparation in the à la carte, 3-course, 5-course and lunch menu
- Professional and disciplinary management of the kitchen team, including temporary staff, trainees and kitchen assistants
- Preparation of ordering and costing
- Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations according to HACCP
What we want from you:
- Professional experience as a chef, ideally with management experience, or sous chef
- A desire for creative craftsmanship to create an outstanding range of dishes using fresh, regional ingredients
- Ability to work in a team, host mentality and high quality standards
- Willingness to work weekends
