As a Senior Sales Executive (m/f/d), you will play a key role in acquiring new customers, with a clear focus on selling tailor-made B2B software solutions.

What You’ll Do

As an important part of our international sales team, you will be responsible for our outbound activities to acquire new customers. Your responsibilities include:

New customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers and projects in the field of custom software solutions in Germany.
Pipeline development: Systematic building and active management of a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g. MEDDPICC), and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing.
Consulting: Analyzing the needs of prospective customers and advising them on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
Proposal management: Preparing proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management.
Networking & events: Building and maintaining your network by attending meetups, customer events, and trade fairs.

What You’ll Bring

You stand out through strong communication skills combined with a pronounced business mindset. Your negotiation skills and ability to identify new business opportunities help you recognize and successfully leverage opportunities at an early stage. In addition, you bring:

At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development.
A proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions.
Strong sales and acquisition skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities early and proactively drive the sales process.
Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.).
Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
