To support our team at the Head Office in Hamburg, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a
Working Student in Brand Media & Digital Specialist (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- You'll support offline and online marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and digital reputation-during a period of major marketing transformation within the company.

You'll contribute to the implementation of the brand value propositions (insights, positioning) and help adapt global toolkits to local needs.

You'll support the planning, design, and execution of marketing campaigns (with a focus on offline) to acquire new customers.

You'll oversee the operational campaign process-from creative briefings and target audience segmentation to production-and assist with internal coordination.

You'll help evaluate campaign performance and contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of segmentation and creative assets.

You'll collaborate with agencies to create communication materials that extend marketing campaigns at the point of sale (POS).

You'll work closely with external agencies as well as internal national and international stakeholders.

You'll maintain communication with the regional and global marketing teams in Milan, Italy, and participate in international projects.
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in college, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related field.

You think analytically and have a good understanding of business contexts.

You work in an organized and meticulous manner and can keep track of multiple projects at once.

You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills-in our Group's international environment, you'll use English daily, while German is essential for collaborating with local teams and stakeholders.
