Monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of product and process quality within the manufacturing environment.

Analysis of quality metrics and identification of deviations, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.

Initiation, coordination, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with internal departments.

Conducting internal audits, quality inspections, and root cause analyses to ensure high quality standards.

Creation, maintenance, and control of quality-related documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.

Handling client complaints and preparing and following up on 8D reports in coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.

Supporting the introduction of new products and projects while ensuring quality requirements are met throughout the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.

Supporting incoming quality control activities as well as analyzing, evaluating, and improving supplier quality based on relevant quality metrics.

Collaborating with suppliers to manage quality deviations and supplier complaints, including failure analyses (FA), return material authorizations (RMA), and the implementation and follow-up of sustainable corrective and improvement actions.

Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving quality targets and optimizing existing processes.

Willingness and ability to work across different quality disciplines, including manufacturing quality, customer quality, and supplier quality, based on business needs.

Completed degree or vocational training in quality management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.

Two to three years of professional experience in quality management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of the requirements and processes of an ISO 9001-compliant quality management system.

Good knowledge of electronics and a strong technical understanding of electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of common quality management and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, or comparable approaches.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are considered an advantage.
