For our office in München (hybrid working model) suchen wir aktuell einen Trainee CE&O Germany.
The CE&O Trainee Program is an 18-month structured development track within Customer Engagement & Operations (CE&O), designed to prepare high-potential talent for a specialist role across CMI, CFE, or DICE. Through a combination of onboarding, three functional rotations, and a final specialization phase, the trainee builds a holistic understanding of the CE&O operating model – covering customer engagement, omnichannel, digital solutions, data & analytics, and the underlying tool stack (e.g., Power BI, Veeva). The role is supported by a dedicated line manager, an overall mentor, and functional mentors per rotation, with a regular cadence of weekly operational check-ins, monthly development talks, and rotation reviews every four months.
Principal Accountabilities
Onboarding & Foundation: Build a holistic understanding of CE&O (structure and roles across CMI, CFE, and DICE); complete the introduction to the Customer Engagement Model, omnichannel, digital solutions and data & analytics; set up and familiarize with the relevant tool stack (Power BI, Veeva, etc.).
Rotation 1 – CMI (Customer & Market Insights): Translate data into insights and derive business impact – analyze market data and KPI systems, design market research projects, build a KPI dashboard, and develop insight-based campaign recommendations.
Rotation 2 – CFE (Customer Facing Excellence): Learn go-to-market models, systems and processes and improve performance – support CRM systems and processes, develop reportings, and conduct performance analyses.
Rotation 3 – DICE (Digital, Innovation, Channels & Experience): Actively shape (new) channels and drive innovation – test new channels (e.g., AI use cases), orchestrate content, pilot an AI use case, and optimize an omnichannel campaign.
