Job Purpose
The Parts Commercial role drives parts business growth, dealer profitability, and aftermarket performance across the assigned territory. The position combines commercial execution, field support, and data-led market planning to help dealers grow sales, improve service capability, and increase parts penetration. Success is measured by turning market insights into clear actions that improve dealer performance and support sustainable network profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Implement dealer Business Plans with clear sales targets, revenue objectives, and territory actions
Drive parts revenue, gross profit, capture rate, and dealer sales growth in line with BDG targets
Use market intelligence, dealer insight, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities
Build strong relationships with dealer leadership to improve aftermarket performance
Run monthly and quarterly business reviews with top dealers, ensuring follow-up on agreed plans
Strengthen dealer accountability and alignment on prospection, fast-moving parts, and stocking policy
Prepare accurate, data-driven forecasts aligned with budget and planning cycles
Monitor competitive trends, pricing shifts, and market opportunities to adjust strategy
Support pricing, discount, and marketing alignment to protect competitiveness and profitability
Act as the field link between Marketing, Parts logistics, Planning, and dealers
Support Parts strategy initiatives, including Remanufacturing and Value lines.
Experience Required
Strong aftermarket business acumen in CE or industrial equipment
Proven commercial execution, dealer engagement, and profitability management
Analytical, data-driven approach using market and sales insights
Ability to influence, negotiate, and build senior stakeholder relationships
Autonomous, results-driven, and able to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Parts revenue and profitability growth versus BDG targets.
Improved parts capture rates across dealer networks.
Execution and impact of dealer commercial initiatives.
Regular follow-up of monthly and quarterly dealer reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in Aftermarket Sales, Machine Sales, or Dealer Management
Strong knowledge of Aftermarket/Parts business models; Construction Equipment experience preferred
Proven success in dealer development, pricing, and service-led revenue growth.
