As Lead Supply Chain Manager, you will take on a key role at our production site in Eppingen-Richen. GROPYUS develops and manufactures innovative timber-hybrid modules for serial and sustainable construction. To ensure our modules are produced and delivered on time, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, we rely on a high-performing and resilient supply chain.
In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for the continuous development and management of our supply chain processes across the entire value chain. Your primary objective is to ensure a stable supply chain within the context of modular construction, guaranteeing reliable material availability, efficient production operations, and on-time delivery of our projects.
You will lead a team of approximately 15 to 20 employees, with further growth potential, covering administration, planning and scheduling, production planning, warehouse management, and operational logistics, including forklift operators and loading personnel. In doing so, you will create the conditions for seamless collaboration between production, procurement, logistics, and external partners.
