Own the end-to-end development and operation of NEURA’s e-commerce ecosystem, building it from the ground up
Lead all commercial aspects of the Neuraverse Marketplace
Develop, execute, and optimize e-commerce and performance marketing initiatives to drive growth
Analyze user behavior and continuously improve conversion rates across the entire customer journey
Manage, maintain, and optimize marketplace and product listings to ensure a seamless customer experience
Develop strategies to increase digital revenue, customer engagement, and marketplace activity
Collaborate closely with Ecosystem, Marketing, Product, and Design teams
Coordinate initiatives to enhance user experience, customer acquisition, and sales performance
Monitor key business metrics and derive data-driven recommendations for optimization
Identify new growth opportunities and scalable revenue streams within the digital commerce ecosystem
Play a key role in strengthening NEURA Robotics’ position as a leading global robotics company
7+ years of experience in E-Commerce Management, Digital Commerce, Marketplace Operations, or related fields
Proven track record of building and scaling e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces from 0 to 1
Strong operational and process-oriented mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and A/B testing
Experience managing and growing digital marketplaces, platform ecosystems, or app stores
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Experience working with BI tools, web analytics platforms, and performance reporting
Proven success in planning and executing e-commerce, marketplace, or digital sales campaigns
Deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimization, and digital growth strategies
