We are currently in the process of establishing a new legal entity in Denmark (Rodby) to operate our future retail business on ferry routes as well as in border shops, subject to regulatory approval.
In this role, you will sit in Puttgarden (location border shop), own the overall commercial performance across all sales channels and drive a forward-looking sales strategy.
In particular, you will:
- assume end-to-end responsibility for the commercial performance of all sales channels (ferries & border shops)
- develop and implement a cross-channel sales strategy
- drive revenue, margin, and profitability through KPI-based management
- build, lead, and continuously develop a high-performing sales organization, including Sales Managers
- closely collaborate with Category, Marketing, Logistics & Finance to optimize assortment, pricing, and availability
- manage budgets, priorities, and performance initiatives while ensuring consistent execution across all locations
