Your Role & Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist at Chaofan866, you will be the go-to technical expert for our local and regional teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across our digital infrastructure.
- Helpdesk & Technical Support: Deliver responsive 1st and 2nd-level IT support, resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues efficiently.
- Workspace Setup & Management: Provision, configure, and deploy laptops, workstations, and mobile devices for new and existing employees.
- User & Access Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across cloud platforms, directory services, and internal tools.
- System Maintenance & Security: Execute routine software updates, system patches, network checks, and assist with data backup protocols and cybersecurity measures.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base articles to streamline future support.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk administration, or a comparable technical service role.
- Technical Expertise: Solid working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, cloud identity/active directory tools, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented approach to helping non-technical users overcome challenges.
