We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Founding Sales & Partnerships Lead to support us in the DACH market.
What you’ll do
- Build relationships with architecture, engineering, and construction firms across Germany
- Generate and close early customer partnerships
- Represent BAU AI within the German construction ecosystem
- Work directly with founders on GTM and growth strategy
- Help shape product direction through customer and market feedback
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or the AEC industry
- Strong understanding of the German market
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset
- Comfortable with partnerships, business development, and sales
- Technical/product understanding is a strong plus
- Fluency in German C1 and English.
