We are currently in the process of establishing a new legal entity in Rødby to operate our future retail business on ferry routes as well as in border shops, subject to regulatory approval.
In the position of Head of Category Management & Marketing (m/f/d), you will be working either in a hybrid model (three days per week) or fully on-site in Rødby, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our categories as well as the holistic management of Category Management, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising.
In this context, you will in particular:
- Develop and continuously optimize a customer-oriented and profitable category and assortment strategy
- Increase category performance and profitability through data-driven decisions in assortment and marketing
- Develop and manage location-specific assortment strategies based on relevant KPIs
- Ensure category profitability, margins, and product availability
- Plan, steer, and evaluate marketing activities while ensuring consistent visual merchandising standards
- Lead and further develop teams, while closely collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
