What are we looking for?
A completed commercial apprenticeship, business studies or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and commercial mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
German mother tongue and excellent English (verbal and written).
High personal integrity.
Salesforce knowledge (CRM system) is a big plus.
Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
