Positionsbeschreibung
- Der Maintenance Manager ist verantwortlich für die Leitung aller Aktivitäten im Bereich Instandhaltung, Zuverlässigkeit und Anlagenmanagement an einem der wichtigsten industriellen Standorte von ADM in Deutschland.
- Der Standort in Kleve umfasst die Verarbeitung von Ölsaaten ((Raps und Sonnenblumen), sowie den Umschlag der Güter.
- Diese Position erfordert eine starke technische Führungspersönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, komplexe mechanische, elektrische, instrumentierungs- und versorgungstechnische Systeme in einem 24/7-Produktionsumfeld zu managen.
- Der Maintenance Manager stellt die Betriebssicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit der Anlagen sicher, minimiert ungeplante Stillstände und etabliert vorbeugende sowie vorausschauende Instandhaltungspraktiken im Einklang mit den globalen ADM-Standards.
- Die Position führt ein multidisziplinäres Instandhaltungsteam von etwa 30 Personen, einschließlich eigener Mitarbeitender und wichtiger Dienstleister.
