DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a People & Culture Lead to build Futurail’s people muscle from the ground up. As we enter our next phase of growth, you’ll take full ownership of how we attract, grow, and support exceptional individuals.
This is a true zero-to-one builder role, split between Talent Acquisition and broader People & Culture topics. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and report directly to the CCO, shaping everything from hiring to building a high-performance, mission-aligned, and industry-defining workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviews and finally hiring decisions. Build up our employer brand, showcasing our commitment to a positive and inclusive workplace
People Operations & Onboarding – Establish and manage HR processes, ensuring smooth on- and offboarding. Maintain policies, contracts, and systems aligned with local labor laws. Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Organizational & Team Development – Design and roll out development frameworks, performance cycles, and feedback systems that support employee growth and engagement.
Culture & Internal Engagement – Promote our company culture by driving initiatives and organizing internal events like team-building activities and company celebrations to foster a strong sense of community and collaboration within the team.
REQUIREMENTS
You bring at least 5 years of experience in People/HR roles at high-growth startups or tech companies.
You’ve worked across the full HR spectrum, from recruitment and onboarding to contracts and people development
You have experience supporting a company’s growth from early stage to 50+ employees (preferably)
You genuinely care about people, building trust, supporting growth, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive
You’re an exceptional communicator who enjoys connecting with others
You’re organized, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when things move fast.
You stay calm and adaptable when priorities shift, keeping a positive mindset
You’re fluent in English
