To reinforce our team at Nuremberg Albrecht Dürer Airport, we are seeking a fixed-term full-time
Responsibilities:
Flight preparation and planning, taking into account weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and customer requirements (including operations to crisis regions)
Calculation of fuel requirements, flight times, and weight distribution
Ensuring the safe and on-time operation of all flights
Application for overflight and landing permits
Preparation, review, and submission of the ATC flight plan
Compilation of all flight documentation in accordance with international and national regulations and conducting crew briefings
Monitoring and coordination of ongoing flight operations
Requirements:
- Experience in Flight Dispatch / Operations Control, ideally in Business or General Aviation; alternatively in the military sector
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner when dealing with clients, service providers, and business partners
- Fluent command of English and German (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and strong service orientation
- Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in shifts (early/late/night)
