IT-SUPPORTER (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing competent and friendly 1st level support for our users onshore and offshore
Managing our ticket system (receiving, classifying, prioritizing, and processing) according to ITIL v4
Creating and handling incidents and service requests
Resolving simple incidents and service requests and escalating to 2nd level support and external partners when necessary
Setting up and managing workstations, conference rooms, and other user spaces
Managing mobile devices via MDM
Contributing to IT projects
What We Are Looking For:
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar field, with 1-2 years of professional experience
Strong knowledge and experience with client hardware and Microsoft operating systems, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
A strong awareness of cybersecurity and a commitment to IT security best practices
A proactive, service- and solution-oriented working style
A team player mindset
Willingness to travel, fluency in German and English (spoken and written), and a valid driver’s license
