Your role
Your responsibilities will include the strategic and operational planning of services
You will perform diagnostic measurements on transformers as well as power quality measurements at customer sites
You will develop innovative service concepts and be responsible for the evaluation of measurement data and the preparation of technical reports
You will manage and oversee service and research projects, from quotation preparation through to invoicing
Where required, you will also support other service areas, such as modelling and simulation or consulting services in the field of HVDC
You will represent the company at industry events, conferences, and committee meetings
You will support marketing activities and contribute to the acquisition of new customers
What makes you a great fit
- You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering and ideally possess professional experience in high-voltage equipment diagnostics, power quality, and/or modelling and simulation
- You enjoy taking responsibility and working collaboratively within a team
- You are willing to travel extensively (primarily within Germany), hold a valid Class B driving licence, and feel comfortable working in an international environment
- You perform practical measurements at customer sites with the same level of reliability and professionalism as you apply to theoretical tasks in the office
- You have strong organisational skills and tackle upcoming coordination tasks with initiative and assertiveness
- You enjoy working with people and serve as an open, friendly, and professional point of contact for customers and colleagues
- You have excellent German language skills and a good command of English
- Very good MS Office skills complete your profile.
