As a Service Agent, full-time or part-time, you are our first point of contact for customers. You receive their inquiries and take care of a wide range of requests. You remain friendly and composed at all times, even when dealing with less friendly customers.
Your Responsibilies:
You are the go-to person when our customers have questions - whether by phone, email, or chat. You assist them with everything related to online shopping.
You provide information about our products, delivery times, payment options, returns, and anything else our customers need to know.
Sometimes things don´t go as planned. You support our customers patiently and in a solution-oriented way, for example with orders, deliveries, or complaints.
You assist with processing orders, updating customer data, or helping customers with login issues.
Your Profile:
You already have experience in customer service, ideally in online retail or e-commerce.
You are very friendly, a good listener, and can express yourself clearly and understandably, both verbally and in writing.
You can put yourself in other people´s shoes and remain calm and helpful even in challeing situations.
You enjoy finding practical solutions and don´t give up easily.
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
You are fluent in German and French. English skills are also required.
