Your Responsibilities
You will support our international trainer team with a variety of tasks:
Training organisation:-
Preparation and administration

Training follow-up

Training coordination and planning

Cooperation with other admin departments
Logistics:-
Instrument inventory

Ordering equipment

Store room maintenance
Other tasks:-
Media content creation

Administrative tasks

Smaller projects

Ad-hoc tasks during training
Your qualification
- Enrolled student at German university, for example in the field of economics, medicine (technology), education, business psychology
-
Ideally, already gained some practical experience in a training department
-
Experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Very good written and spoken English skills

Characterized by your very good organizational skills, your communication skills and your initiative

Willing to spend most of your working time in the office
