Build the engine behind revenue growth.

At 4flow, we're looking for a strategic and inspiring leader to build the next chapter of our global Sales Development organization. As Head of Sales Development (SDR & BDR) (d/f/m), you will shape how we generate pipeline, develop future sales talent, and accelerate sustainable business growth.

You won't just lead a team, but you'll define the strategy, establish best practices, and build a high-performing organization that partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Industry Leads, and Executive Leadership.

What your new challenge will look like

Define and execute the global Sales Development strategy, operating model, and performance framework
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing international team of SDRs and BDRs by creating clear career paths and fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration and excellence
Drive scalable inbound and outbound demand generation strategies to generate predictable, high-quality pipeline and accelerate sustainable revenue growth
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Industry Leads to maximize commercial impact and target account success
Establish best practices, sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and scalable processes while leveraging data and KPIs to continuously improve performance
Represent the Sales Development organization in cross-functional, executive and forecast meetings

Why you belong at 4flow

12+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or commercial leadership in a B2B environment
Proven success in building and scaling high-performing SDR or BDR organizations
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing high-performing teams
Experience designing demand generation strategies and driving predictable pipeline growth
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM platforms and sales performance metrics to optimize results (HubSpot is a plus)
Ideally, experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or another technology-driven B2B industry
Fluent in English with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
