We are looking for a full-time position at our location in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main (hybrid work) as Customer Service Representative.
Verantwortungsbereiche:
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate order entry, timely delivery, and excellent customer service throughout the Customer-to-Cash cycle.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and proactively resolving inquiries, issues, and service-related challenges.

Coordinate customer demand and product availability, working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to optimize order fulfillment.

Support business and sales activities, including customer onboarding, master data management, forecasting support, customer portal administration, and process improvements.

Utilize SAP and other business systems to manage order processes, ensure compliance with company policies and service standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifikationen:
- Experience in Customer Service, International Trade (Import / Export order handling), Sales Administration or Demand & Supply Planning / Distribution resource planning is strongly preferred

Strong Customer focus – inquisitive curiosity, an open mind and a desire to succeed

Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications and similar technology and systems.

Good understanding of the overall Order to Cash / End to end work process

Differentiate between customer requirements and Trinseo offerings and capabilities: choose the best / cost effective solution
