Seit über 35 Jahren unterstützen wir Kunden weltweit mit einer breiten Auswahl an elektronischen, elektromechanischen und Automatisierungskomponenten. Mit mehr als 1.500 Mitarbeitenden und 12 Tochtergesellschaften wachsen wir kontinuierlich und erschließen neue Märkte.
Für unser Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Außendienst für das Vertriebsgebiet Nordost.
Das erwartet dich
- Du betreust dein Vertriebsgebiet aktiv und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf
- Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und gewinnst aktiv neue Kund:innen
- Du qualifizierst Leads aus Systemdaten, Veranstaltungen und eigener Recherche
- Du kontaktierst potenzielle Kund:innen über passende Kanäle und entwickelst sie weiter
- Du besuchst Kund:innen vor Ort, präsentierst unser Unternehmen und unser Produktportfolio und erkennst Bedarfe sowie Potenziale
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst zusammen
- Du pflegst deine Aktivitäten und Kundendaten zuverlässig im CRM
- Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen auf Messen und Veranstaltungen
- Du beobachtest den Markt und gibst Impulse an die Vertriebsleitung weiter
Das bringst du mit
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, Sales Development, Account Management oder Außendienst
- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leadgenerierung und im aktiven Vertrieb
- Freude am persönlichen Kund:innenkontakt und an der Entwicklung von Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Reisebereitschaft im Vertriebsgebiet
- Technisches Grundverständnis
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office
- Souveränes Auftreten in persönlichen und digitalen Präsentationen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau oder mindestens C2 sowie Englisch auf mindestens B2-Niveau
- Führerschein Klasse B

- Erfahrung mit SAP
- Erfahrung bei der Teilnahme an Messen oder Veranstaltungen
