BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Deskside IT Support Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support for end users and VIPs
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, emails, calls, and Slack requests
- Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops
- Support conferencing and AV systems
- Perform IMAC activities and hardware replacements
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Ensure all issues are resolved within SLA standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of Deskside Support experience
- 3+ years supporting Windows & Mac environments
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow / ITSM tools, SCCM, JAMF, Active Directory, Networking, and Device Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Valid Permit to work in Germany
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ITIL knowledge and certifications such as A+, ITIL, or ACMT are a plus
