The internship assignment:
The Site Management Intern is responsible for supporting complex daily construction operations within Infrastructure . The intern assists in coordinating site activities, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring efficient facility operations. Site Management Interns support day-to-day site operations by participating in production planning, facility coordination, vendor management, and implementation of operational excellence initiatives. They play a key role in process optimization and work closely with construction leads and teams across multiple business units to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. They will also work with the Site Management Team to implement best practices within a comprehensive operational management system.
What You'll Do-
Support in planning and coordinating site operations and production schedules

Preparation of reports, presentations, and performance metrics for site leadership

Coordination of site management functions in the areas of operations, facility management and other project stakeholders

Review of compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and company guidelines

Learn how to maintain day-to-day stakeholder relationships across departments
What You'll Bring-
Preferably studying or experienced in a relevant field such as construction, civil engineering or electrical engineering

Good knowledge in the areas of project management and process coordination

Skilled in the use of common MS Office applications

Analyze problems and find solutions in a structured manner

Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach

Ability to work in a team as well as in an organized and independent manner

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a big plus
