BAYSIDE - The Yachting Experiences GmbH is a modern company specializing in yacht brokerage, yacht sales, and the maritime lifestyle sector. We support our clients professionally in buying and selling high-quality yachts, with a strong focus on personal consulting, trust, and exceptional service.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Yacht Broker (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible preferably beeing Italy based (Portofino Area).
Your Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting clients in the purchase and sale of yachts
- Acquiring new listings and developing customer relationships
- Creating and maintaining exposés and online listings
- Conducting yacht viewings and presentations
- Negotiating deals and supporting clients throughout the sales process
- Expanding and maintaining our network within the yachting and marine industry
- Representing the company at boat shows, events, and client meetings
- Willingness to travel extensively
Your Profile
- Passion for yachts, boating, and the maritime lifestyle
- Experience in sales, ideally within the premium or luxury sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Confident handling of digital tools and social media platforms
- Driver’s license required; boating license is a plus
