We're looking for different levels of staff, Chef de Rang, Commis de Rang, Servicemitarbeiter.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operations across the restaurant, in-room dining, banquets, and other outlets as needed
- Take full responsibility for your assigned station
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Adhere to HACCP hygiene and safety standards
- Provide wine service for both groups and individual tables
- Sell aperitifs, present and explain menus, take orders, and accurately enter food and beverage selections
- Collect meals from the kitchen promptly and ensure timely service
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, especially regarding allergens
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional guest service at all times
- Prepare, present, and close guest bills accurately
- Carry out and oversee mise en place duties
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Follow and execute supervisor instructions precisely
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with care and professionalism
Your Profile
- Experience in a similar position within a high-quality restaurant or hotel
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of wine, cheese, food, and beverages
- Independent, precise, and hygienic working style
- Quick learner with excellent coordination and organisation
- Friendly, well-presented, and with good people skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or high-pressure situations
