- Own the end-to-end investigation of after-market quality issues across vehicles, utilizing the JIRA issue management system and providing regular status reporting to key stakeholders.

Lead the investigation of software and hardware-related quality concerns raised by Aftersales teams, translating customer complaints and vehicle symptoms into structured test plans, clear problem definitions, and actionable technical findings for R&D teams.

Serve as the primary technical interface between Aftersales, vehicle plant quality teams, suppliers, and engineering organizations, ensuring efficient communication and timely issue resolution.

Perform root-cause analysis through independent evaluation of vehicle data, logs, warranty returns, and test results, collaborating with global teams and suppliers when required.

Manage assigned quality issues through the early stages of the 8D process (D0–D3),proactively tracking progress, reporting status, and escalating risks or blockers when necessary.

Analyse failed warranty parts to validate failure modes, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.

Coordinate logistics and handling of incoming warranty parts to ensure efficient analysis, processing, and disposition.

Contribute to continuous improvement by developing technical knowledge databases,enhancing investigation methodologies, and identifying opportunities for product and process improvements.

Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs and quality objectives.
- Proven experience in whole-vehicle testing within one or more of the following domains:
o Infotainment & Connectivity
o ADAS
o Electrical & Electronic (E/E) Systems
o Chassis
o Propulsion
o Vehicle Engineering
- Strong technical reporting and documentation skills.
- Advanced experience with Vector tools, including CANoe and CANape.
- Strong knowledge of CAN and FlexRay communication, logging methodologies, and data analysis.
- Experience performing root-cause investigations and structured problem-solving using methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of electric vehicle systems and technologies.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Valid Class B driving licence.
