As Volume Product Manager you will be part of our Diodes & Transistors Product Management Team. Together with four ambitious and motivated Product Managers in our team, you will take the full responsibility of our Diodes & Transistors strategy.
What you will do

Act as the go-to-person for all industrial projects and strategic questions in terms of cost downs, outsourcing and 2nd source activities

Define an industrial strategy, start and support initiatives, guide Business Group internal as well as front-end and back-end teams
-
Responsible for PCN implementation, roadmap updates and cost benchmarking
-
Work closely together with Operations, Volume Product Management Protection & Filtering as well as Commercial Marketing
-
Cooperate with our wafer fabs, assembly sites as well as subcontractors around the globe
-
Support long term planning, deep dive and other business reviews and strategic activities
-
Align closely on operational processes for Diodes & Transistors with Demand Management and Supply Chain
What you will need
-
University degree in a technical discipline
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Product Management, Operations or Development function within the semiconductor industry

Direct or indirect leadership experience in leading international / cross-cultural teams
-
Excellent communication skills and proven track record in managing cross-functional projects

Preferably knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers and/or supply chains

Excellent decision-making skills

Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach

Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, result-driven

Strong customer mindset and interest in global supply chains

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel & PowerPoint

Fluent in English mandatory, German language is a plus
