Für eine herzliche und naturverbundene Unternehmerfamilie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 6 und 4 Jahren suchen wir eine erfahrene, engagierte und selbstständig arbeitende Familienmanagerin, die den Familienalltag zuverlässig organisiert, die Kinder liebevoll begleitet und den Haushalt strukturiert unterstützt. Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle im Familienleben und sorgen dafür, dass der Alltag reibungslos funktioniert. Sie arbeiten flexibel, bei Bedarf auch mal mit geteilten Diensten über den Tag verteilt. Der Arbeitstag beginnt in der Regel um 07:00 Uhr und die Arbeitszeiten werden langfristig geplant. Sie sind eine organisierte, herzliche Persönlichkeit und fühlen sich in einem familiären Umfeld mit viel Eigenverantwortung wohl? Ihre Aufgaben
Organisation und Koordination des täglichen Familienalltags
Begleitung der Morgenroutine mit den Kindern (Ankleiden, Waschen und Vorbereitung auf den Tag)
Zubereitung von Frühstück sowie einfachen, gesunden Mahlzeiten und Lunchboxen
Fahrdienste zu Kindergarten, Schule, Hobbys, Freizeitaktivitäten und Verabredungen
Liebevolle Betreuung der Kinder vor und nach der Schule sowie Unterstützung bei den Hausaufgaben (Grundschule)
Planung und Begleitung von Freizeitaktivitäten und Ausflügen – gelegentlich gemeinsam mit der Familie
Ordnung und Organisation der Kinderzimmer sowie der familiengenutzten Bereiche
Allgemeines Ordnungshalten im Haushalt und Übernahme leichter haushaltsnaher Tätigkeiten
Gelegentliche Betreuung und Ausführen des gut erzogenen Familienhundes (Labrador)
Seltene Abendbetreuung (ein‑, gelegentlich zweimal pro Woche)
Gelegentliche Übernachtungsbetreuung, sobald die Kinder älter sind (ca. alle zwei Monate)

Ihr Profil
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Familienmanagerin, Nanny oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem Privathaushalt
Organisationstalent und Freude daran, den Familienalltag eigenständig zu strukturieren
Herzlicher, souveräner und professioneller Umgang mit Kindern
Selbstständige, vorausschauende und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Freude an einem naturverbundenen Lebensstil
Führerschein sowie sichere und routinierte Fahrpraxis sind zwingend erforderlich
