Your Responsibilities
As a Junior CRM Manager, you will support the planning, setup, and optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns across our core lifecycle stages.
Campaign & Journey Execution
- Build, execute, and QA targeted CRM campaigns across email, mobile push, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Support the setup of automated customer journeys (activation, reactivation, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty engagement).

Personalization & Audience Management
- Prepare audience segments using provided data, filters, and reusable segment logic.
- Maintain and improve campaign content personalization using templates, data extensions, and dynamic content blocks.
Contribute ideas on how to make experiences more relevant and seamless for our members.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reports (e.g., opens, clicks, conversions, revenue KPIs).
- Support A/B testing and contribute to interpreting results.
Identify quick wins and optimization opportunities.

Collaboration
- Work closely with Senior CRM Managers, Content, Design, and Local Country Teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand messages.
- Coordinate assets, translations, and timings with internal stakeholders.
Align on business priorities and support execution for key promotional periods.

Tools & Technology
- Work hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, WhatsApp | SFMC).
- Use basic SQL queries, templates, HTML snippets, and Excel for day-to-day tasks (with training provided).
Support documentation and continuous improvement of CRM processes

Your Profile
This is an ideal role for someone early in their CRM career who wants to develop toward a CRM Manager role in a state-of-the-art CRM environment.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation (internships, working student roles, or entry-level positions welcomed)
- Basic understanding of email marketing or push/in-app communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong plus
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn SQL, HTML, and personalization logic
- Structured way of working, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow technical CRM skills
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
