Your Mission
We are looking for a visionary Head of Performance Marketing & E-Commerce to lead our digital growth strategy across international markets. Reporting directly to the CEO and CTO, you own our decisive e-commerce KPIs and the strategy to move them, working in close alignment with our Senior AI Specialist, who drives the analytics and automation behind our growth. You will put AI and automation to work across your team, turning manual effort into scale.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute an international Performance Marketing & E-Commerce strategy focused on sustainable, profitable growth.
- Drive revenue across digital channels (Amazon, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliates), adapting to each market, audience, and product type.
- Improve the KPIs that matter (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, conversion) through CRO, marketing automation, and new traffic channels.
- Inspire a multidisciplinary team (performance, content, CRM, data, design), fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Spot where work can be automated with AI, and partner with our in-house AI Specialist to turn manual processes into scalable systems.
- Build partnerships across Europe, manage budgets to ROI, and report strategy and results to the executive team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years leading E-Commerce or Performance Marketing teams across international markets.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce channels and which audiences they reach by market, country, and product type.
- Proven success in growth marketing, paid media, CRM, and international expansion.
- Strong network of advertisers and partners in Germany (essential) and across Europe (preferred).
- A strongly analytical, results-oriented mindset, able to turn data into strategy and act on it in time.
- Proactive about adopting new technologies and tools on your own initiative, keeping ahead of where the field is going.
- Proficiency with tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email/CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).
Nice to Have
- Technical affinity: a genuine interest in the technical and data side of the business, and a habit of using technology and AI to make operational work faster and leaner.
- Sector experience: background in the supplements, nutrition, or health and pharmaceutical industry.
Languages
- English (fluent / professional level)
- German or Spanish is a plus
