As our Operations Manager, you will take overall responsibility for our operations and, together with your team, shape the future of our production. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you will play a key role in driving the sustainable success of our company. Your responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for Production, Logistics, and operational material flow
- Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve production and logistics processes
- Responsibility for personnel, budget, and capacity planning
- Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Supply Chain, and the Management Board
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean Management principles
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards
You have several years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment and know how to motivate people while successfully driving change. Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing complex production and logistics processes
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent decision-making and communication skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills
- Good command of both German and English
- Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working
