Responsibilities:
- Analyze governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.

Gather and document functional and regulatory requirements.

Design and optimize risk and control management workflows.

Support implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions.

Collaborate with compliance, audit, and risk management teams.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.

Understanding of risk management, compliance, audit, and control frameworks.

Experience with business process analysis and optimization.

Fluent German (C1) and English.
