We are looking for a team leader to build up our after-sales team
Wir sind im Herzen der Region München zu Hause. Dein Lebensmittelpunkt ist in unserer Zentrale in Dachau. Da uns der persönliche Austausch wichtig ist, arbeiten wir vorrangig gemeinsam vor Ort. Für deine individuelle Flexibilität bieten wir dir – nach der Einarbeitungszeit – die Möglichkeit, einen Tag pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten. Den jeweiligen Tag stimmst du dabei einfach flexibel mit deinem Team ab.
We are based in the heart of the Munich region. Your work will be centered at our headquarters in Dachau. Since personal interaction is important to us, we primarily work together on-site. To accommodate your individual flexibility, we offer you—after your training period—the option to work from home one day a week. You can simply coordinate the specific day flexibly with your team.
Wir suchen einen hochmotivierten und erfahrenen Teamleiter After Sales & Quality Management (m/w/d), der unseren After-Sales-Bereich eigenverantwortlich aufbaut und als profitables Service-Center leitet. In dieser Funktion stellst du eine weltweit exzellente Kundenbetreuung sicher und verantwortest die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards nach ISO 9001/14001. Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung und arbeitest eng mit der Vertriebsleitung, dem Pre-Sales und der Entwicklung zusammen.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for After Sales & Quality Management (m/f/d) who will independently build up our after-sales division and lead it as a profitable service center. In this role, you will ensure excellent customer service worldwide and be responsible for compliance with our quality standards according to ISO 9001/14001. You will report directly to senior management and work closely with sales management, pre-sales, and R&D.
- Agile Teamleitung : Du baust ein schlagkräftiges After-Sales-Team auf, führst es und etablierst moderne Arbeitsmethoden.
- Kommerzielles Management: Du entwickelst den After-Sales zum Profit-Center, kalkulierst Angebote und gestaltest Preisstrategien.
- Globale Service-Operations: Du koordinierst weltweit Inbetriebnahmen, Serviceeinsätze und technische Schulungen.
- Steuerung technischer Analysen: Du steuerst akustische Analysen und arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb und Pre-Sales zusammen.
- Qualitäts- & Umweltmanagement: Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Managementsysteme (ISO 9001/14001) weiter.
- Agile Team Leadership : You will build and lead a high-performing after-sales team and establish modern work methods.
- Commercial Management: You will develop the after-sales division into a profit center, calculate quotes, and design pricing strategies.
- Global Service Operations: You will coordinate global commissioning, service calls, and technical training.
- Technical Analysis Management: You will oversee acoustic analyses and work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales.
- Quality & Environmental Management: You maintain and further develop our management systems (ISO 9001/14001).
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Mechatronik).
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im After Sales oder technischen Service der Automobilindustrie.
- Ein fundiertes Grundverständnis für NVH-Analytik oder Prüfstandstechnik.
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine proaktive „Hands-on-Mentalität“.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du bist bereit, nach Bedarf international zu reisen.
- A successfully completed degree (in engineering, industrial engineering, or mechatronics).
- Several years of experience in after-sales or technical service in the automotive industry.
- A solid foundation in NVH analysis or test bench technology.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Fluency in German and English.
- You are willing to travel internationally as needed.
