Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager Global Core HR Processes is responsible to ensure that global Core HR business processes are standardized, fit for purpose and effectively supported by the Group HCM technology.
The Global Core HR Process owner will:
- Govern global process & standards.
- Enable the business by translating its needs into technology.
- Drive adoption & continuous improvement.

Define & document global process standards, also in alignment with the Corporate teams.

Drive process standardization, simplification & automation, analyzing business needs, identifying inefficiencies and providing fitting solutions that remove manual work and improve the user experience. This will be possible by partnering with key representatives of different EXP & Corporate departments.

Constantly assess own area and identify and implement improvement potentials.

Maintain the process governance, defining the ownership, approving the deviations and ensuring compliance.

Represent the Express business interests when representing the division with the Corporate team. This includes the participation in cross-divisional solution design, the assessment of process changes and the validation of the potential impacts in the existing systems.

Identify and initiate HCM Core HR Projects incl. business case/ budget approvals, project initiation incl. project sign-off and PID.

Consulting and guiding countries and regions on the proper set-up, design, usage of the Express Oracle Fusion HCM platform in the areas of employee master data and compensation and benefits and ensuring compliance with globally defined standards.
- Consulting the global Employee Master and C&B Data expert community on Employee Master Data and C&B related HR Systems topics and how to best use the platform for operative HR processes.
- Being a platform evangelist.
- Evaluating, designing and documenting the Oracle Fusion HCM configuration or changes to it in the areas of Employee Master Data and C&B.
- Obtaining alignment regarding Employee Master Data and C&B related configuration/ data/ set-up topics with various stakeholders at regional or country level
- Act as a final support level for platform issues.
- Ensuring and partly prepare the change management and communication required for regular platform updates/ upgrades as well as for platform configuration changes across all impacted user groups.
- Understand the data in the platform and guide global, regional and country HR on how to use this data for utilisation/ data quality monitoring and KPI analysis; this includes the identification of action needs from the data and their communication and alignment.
- Operate and further develop an effective regular platform controlling process incl. data quality monitoring.
- Identification and definition of actions to improve and further enhance platform use and operation.
- Where and when needed be able to prepare reports and data analysis to support decision making.
- Understand and consider the general/ key business requirements and statutory/ regulatory rules in Express regions/ countries and ensure that system design/ implementation support these (e.g. data protection) Understand and guide data migration and integration design.

Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or comparable experience.

At least 3 years' experience in a service industry.

Minimum 10 years experience in HR Systems projects, focused on HR transformation & process redesign.

Minimum 10 years project work stream management.

At least 10 years experience in data structuring and data analysis.
-
At least 10 years experience in HR process design.
-
Fluency in English; Knowledge of German is an advantage.

Proven Employee Master Data platform know-how, preferred on Oracle technology stack.

In depth and profound HR System understanding incl. configuration and customization.
- Very good IT Experience/ user/ MS Office skills incl. SharePoint

Good understanding of Internet technology, networks and devices.

Demonstrated learnability in the areas of analysis, systems and processes.

International experience required (e.g. through projects).
