Für unseren neuen Standort im Gewerbegebiet Hiddeser Feld in Wolfhagen/Breuna suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Reklamationsmanagement (w/m/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
Entgegennahme, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen schriftlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail
Identifikation von Fehlerquellen und Ursachen für Kundenbeschwerden
Klärung von Anliegen, Beratung und Lösungsfindung zur Kundenzufriedenheit
Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik und Vertrieb zur schnellen Problemlösung
Erfassung und Dokumentation aller Reklamationen im System sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten
Vorschläge zur Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätsverbesserung basierend auf Reklamationsanalysen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von internen und externen Qualitätsanforderungen
Nachverfolgung von Reklamationen und Sicherstellung der zeitnahen Bearbeitung und Rückmeldung an den Kunden
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene, mind. 3-jährige kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Speditionskaufmann)
Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert
Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und Prioritäten zu setzen
Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Ziel- und lösungsorientiertes Denken
Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
